1. About

Ríu Rít makes music and animation for young children and their families, published on YouTube. This website and the private publishing tool “riurit-factory” are operated by BlueSkyz Labs for Ríu Rít.

2. Use of the website

You may view and share this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Ríu Rít name, logo, Sẻ Ríu the sparrow, Tíu and the family, the sonic logo and the artwork may not be reused without permission.

3. The riurit-factory app

riurit-factory is not offered to the public. It is used only by the channel owner and people the owner authorises, to manage the owner’s own YouTube channel and Google Drive. Its use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI-generated content

Ríu Rít’s music, character voices and imagery are created with AI tools under Ríu Rít’s direction and review, and are disclosed as AI-assisted on every video. No video uses the image, voice or name of a real child.

5. Not medical advice

Tips for parents on this website and in the videos are general information, not a substitute for advice from a doctor.

6. No warranty

The website and tool are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, BlueSkyz Labs is not liable for any loss arising from their use.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version.
